To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking all treatments and use of the spa facilities in advance at your earliest convenience. This will ensure time is allocated and you don’t miss out. Atos Wellness & Beauty  Spa has limited spaces and times available, so we request for you to book sooner rather than later with an open mind and an open heart to flexibility.

Please note: There is a minimum of a 60 min Spa treatment per person for Atos Wellness guests. This includes complimentary use of our Spa facilities including Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna.

Your treatment has been especially reserved for you, so please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment, allowing you to complete your health questionnaire, wind down, and fully enjoy your Atos Wellness experience.

Please arrive no earlier than the booking time you receive from reception or booking system. Your booking time includes up to 15 min consultation process before your treatments can begin. Please understand if you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly. Your treatments will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed too long.

As we have reserved this space exclusively for you, and your therapist is especially coming in to look after you on the day, we require 24hrs notice for any cancellations or to reschedule your appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling outside of this time will be charged the full treatment fee or redemption from your gift voucher.

Refunds may be provided only in exceptional circumstances, at the complete discretion of the owner manager of Atos Wellness & Beauty Spa. In making a booking at Atos Wellness & Beauty Spa, you are fully agreeing to this refund policy.

If you do need to move your appointment within 24 hours, we can offer this on one occasion.

The minimum age for access to the spa is 16. Beauty treatments are available from 14 but must be always accompanied by the adult.

All treatments that are 60 minutes or less can be paid for on the day of the booking. A 50% pre-payment will be taken for any treatments over 60 minutes.

You will need to bring a printout of your gift voucher or be able to display this on your phone.

Yes, we can offer bespoke packages, please contact the spa to discuss your requirements.

Yes, there are lockers in the changing rooms, which are activated with a padlock which are available from spa reception.

We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and all valuables are kept securely in your locker or left at home. For your comfort, a robe, slippers, and all towels will be provided. There is also a locker for your personal belongings.

Yes. There is a 20% surcharge on Saturdays and Sundays, for the reasons discussed in an important message for our valued clients, and a 15% surcharge on public holidays.

Atos Wellness is proud to be able to offer the highest quality therapists. All our therapists choose to undergo continuous training and education and are at the forefront of their chosen fields. However, where possible, we will try to meet requests for a specific therapist.

Please inform us of any health-related issues you may have at the time of booking. Conditions we need to know about include (but are not limited to) things like: high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies and pregnancy. If you are unsure whether something might be important, please discuss this with our Atos Wellness Spa team. Also, the consumption of alcohol before, during or immediately after Spa treatments is not recommended.

Visa & Mastercard credit card payments will incur 1.5% merchant service fee, AMEX a 2.5% merchant service fee. This surcharge will be added to the amount payable.

Atos Wellness & Beauty Spa is a non-smoking property.

Although we love all animals – Atos Wellness is not a pet friendly property to ensure that all guests can enjoy total relaxation and time out.

Atos Wellness & Spa is not open to the public but if you are coming in for a treatment as a day guest you are able to pre-book and enjoy our in-house facilities. This is the perfect way to complete and nourish your Atos Wellness Day Spa visit and make it a joint experience with friends or family.

Payments are accepted by Direct Debit online, Cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard and VISA (minimum $20).

A processing fee applies to all credit card payments, EFTOPOS & cheque/ savings accounts.

A minimum of 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment.

Premium surcharges apply to Sunday appointments (20%) and Special Group bookings. Bookings must be paid in full before appointment date.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years are non-transferable or redeemable for cash (includes no refunds). Please book in advance.

Please do not request changes to our policy as refusal may offend. Purchasing a gift voucher at Atos Wellness & Beauty Spa is an acknowledgement of these conditions.
